Position Summary:
Our CRM position is perfect for someone who has experience in a business development center and is able to work in a fast-paced environment. Automotive CRM experience is required.
The associate will be responsible for identifying new prospects and maintaining a database of prospective customers for products and creating sales opportunities for the dealership sales department via interactions with clients through phone and email. A business development associate will proactively develop new business opportunities and maintain strong and professional customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- help manage Dealer Socket (CRM)
- provides excellent customer service and responsive follow up
- responds to all incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails and other leads on a daily basis
- responds to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- supports business in meeting goals established by dealership management
